* Order-made and Pre-made garments have standard sizes, from XS (extra small), S (small), M (medium), L (large), XL (extra large) to XXL (2x extra large) and, in some cases, 3XL/4XL (3x/4x extra large), indicating the body circumference for bust, waist and hips. If you are between 2 measures, take the larger size. Also select your body height, from VP (very petite), P (petite), A (average) to T (tall) and VT (very tall). The length of the garment will be adapted accordingly, using the median height of each height.
* Custom-made garments allow for a more granular sizing where you can indicate your bust-waist-hips measures on the product page. Measure your height from your collar stand to your waistline and from your waistline to the floor and the length of the garment will be adapted accordingly. For floor-long gowns, indicate the height of your heels.
* Self-made garments are made using your exact Size Profile for which you would need to take 20 measures. They will be saved in your Account Details and automatically applied to all future orders. You can update your profile at any time. See how to take measures. For each design you can choose your desired dress length, measuring from your waistline to the dress hem. The overall length of the garment will be adapted proportionally.
* ‘Little Girls’ clothing are custom-made, indicating the age range and the child’s bust-waist measures and the height from collar stand to waistline and to the floor.
* ‘For Him’ clothing (coming soon) are custom-made, using the man’s neck-shoulder-chest measures and the height from collar stand to waistline and to the floor.
* All prices are inclusive taxes.

We partner with DHL for express shipping to over 60 countries (see list below). Since occasional delays are not in our control, we recommend you order in advance.
* Apparels in the ‘Order-made’ section are delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 weeks, counting from the moment of purchase.
* Apparels in the ‘Custom-made’ and ‘Self-made’ sections are delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the tailoring complexity of your garment.
* Apparels in the ‘Pre-made’ section as well as Accessories and Gift items are delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Delivery is free of charge for orders above 200€ (240$).
* If less, a fee of 20€ (24$) will be applied. The fee is per order no matter how many items you have in your basket and includes all taxes and custom duties.
Shipping Process
* Once your parcel is dispatched, we will provide you with a shipping number so that you can track the status on the carrier’s website.
* Since delivery is in-person you would need to indicate a phone number in your shipping address information. On the scheduled delivery day, the carrier’s delivery staff might contact you on the phone to confirm time or additional information.

* Since our garments are customized or custom-made, exchanges or refunds are not acceptable. We provide detailed information about sizes or tailor the garments to your measures.
* We manually verify each completed garment and pack each parcel carefully. In the rare case where an item arrives damaged, please contact us with the picture of the damaged item. We will arrange the pickup and return of the item, free of charge, and send you a voucher with the full amount of your order which you can spend on any products.
Return Process for damaged items:
* Please contact us first before initiating any returns. Your request must be made within 7 days of your package being delivered.
* Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with its tag and original packaging.
* We will arrange the pickup of your returned item. We will email you the voucher within 2 business days which you can use without product or time limitations.

Instructions for care are indicated on each dress or fabric product page.
* To hand-wash your dress, simply leave it in cold water for 2 minutes, then move it up and down several times. Dry it on a hanger without wringing.
* When washing it for the first time, isolate your dress as it might lose a little bit of color.
* Even if cold wash is possible for some fabrics, we recommend to hand-wash your garment.
* To avoid frequent washing, you can leave your dress hanging at an aery place for a day or have it dry-cleaned.
Most of our fabrics are wrinkle free. Others wrinkle sightly in which case iron carefully with a cloth in between or turn your dress inside-out according to the instructions on the product page.
Your Account page contains important data such as:
* Your orders with related status and delivery updates
* Your coupons, loyalty points and referral link for others
* Your downloadable items (virtual design mockups etc.)
* Your Display Name which you can edit for writing reviews
